Dreaming Springs Farm is 45 acres of peaceful woods and crop land that is less than a mile from a public boat launch into Smith Mountain Lake at Magnum Point. The property includes a spring fed pond, a small log cabin, a large barn and storage shed, and a two story log tobacco barn that can be converted into a cabin overlooking the pond. The original farmhouse has been removed, but the well remains.

The site is located in a rural area and is well-suited for a homesite or for a weekend retreat. The proximity to Smith Mountain Lake makes it an exceptional value. There is electricity on the property and a number of springs.

The property is located just off of Rt. 40 near Union Hall, Virginia. It is about 12 miles east of Rocky Mount, and is convenient to Roanoke and Martinsville. From Rocky Mount, VA. go east on Rt. 40 for 10 miles then make a left onto Brooks Mill Rd. (834). Travel .9 mile to Dove Rd. (840)- make a right. Road frontage begins after approximately .8 mile -- property is on the right.

To Rocky Mount from: Washington DC: East on Interstate 66 - South on Interstate 81 to Roanoke then South on US 220 for 26 miles to Rocky Mount.

To Rocky Mount from: Greensboro, NC: North on US 29 to Martinsville then 35 miles North on US 220 to Rocky Mount.

To Rocky Mount from: Roanoke VA: South on US 220 26 miles to Rocky Mount.

To Rocky Mount from: Martinsville, VA.: North on US 220 for 19 miles to Rocky Mount.

To Rocky Mount from: Floyd, VA.: Blue Ridge Pkwy to Rt. 40 over Shooting Creek (860) 6.5 miles. Rt. 40 toward Ferrum 7.2 miles to Crossroads. Continue on Rt. 40 to Rocky Mount.
