From I-81 Exit 114, Christianburg, VA.
Go South on Route 8 for 8 miles. Left turn at bottom of hill onto 602. After 1.5 miles, entrance to the property is in view on the left side of 602. Look for "For Sale by Owner" signs. Access drive is lined with wooden fencing. Just beyond the entrance, 617 White Oak Grove Rd. turns to the right and crosses Little River.
From Floyd, VA.
Go North on Rt.8 for 7 miles then right onto Carriage Rd. Another right onto 617 White Oak Grove Rd. Travel 2.8 miles-- cross Little River Bridge. Take a left--property is on the right side of the road. Look for "For Sale by Owner" signs. Access drive is lined with wooden fencing.
